How to Bulk Enroll Users to Assessments?

👨‍💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials
1. Navigate to "Assessments" from the main dashboard.
2. Select any Assessment based on your preferences.
3. Click on 'Users' to proceed further.
4. Select 'Bulk Enroll' to seamlessly add users in bulk.
5. Before proceeding, carefully review the provided 'Instructions' for bulk enrollment.
6. If you prefer adding users manually, click the 'Add row' button. Enter each student's details such as name, email, and any other required information, to enroll them individually into the selected assessment.
7. Once you’ve entered all the necessary user details, click on the 'Enroll Users' button. This final step assigns the selected assessment to all the listed students, making it accessible for them to take the test.
8. If you prefer to enroll users via a CSV file, take a moment to glance at the sample CSV file and accompanying image provided. This sample illustrates the correct format and structure required for bulk uploading, helping you prepare your data accurately.
9. Once your CSV file is properly formatted, click on the 'Upload CSV' button. This action will import your list of users into the system, allowing you to enroll them in the selected assessment efficiently.
