This guide helps educators enhance communication by enabling automatic email notifications for assessment summary reports. Following these steps ensures that both students and their guardians (with an updated alternate email ID) receive real-time updates on practice test performance. This feature streamlines the assessment process, fosters engagement, and promotes transparency in tracking student progress.
👨💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials
1. Click on "People" from the main dashboard.
2. Click on the specific user for which you need to update alternate email ID.
3. Enter alternate email ID (Can also be Parents/Guardians) and click on 'Update Changes' to save the progress made.
4. Now go to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.
5. Click on the required assessment.
6. Go to Settings.
7. Scroll down and toggle on 'Notify users and alternate Email on Completion' under 'Assessment Configuration'
NOTE: Enabling this on will automatically notify the alternate Email upon assessment completions.
8. Click 'Update Assessment" to save and apply your changes.
