Enabling Assessment Summary

  • 👨‍💻 Log in to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials
  • 1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.
  • 2. Select any of the Assessment required.
  • 3. Go to 'Settings'
  • 4. Scroll down until 'Assessment Configuration' and toggle on 'Summary Access.'
  • 5. Once you toggle on 'Summary Access', three additional features become available. Toggle it off and on based on your preference.
  • 6. Click "Update Assessment" after making necessary changes.
  • 7. Summary Access displays the entire assessment summary page if the admin has set the redirection link to both the summary and public summary pages.
  • 8. By toggling on or off the other three features within Summary Access, users can view the detailed assessment summary. Inside this summary, they will have the option to see the correct answers and the corresponding explanations.
  • 9. Students can 'review' the summary at any time until the admin toggles off the 'Summary Access' feature.

Enabling the Assessment Summary allows users to view a detailed overview of their performance after completing the assessment. This summary provides various insights into scores, completion times, and individual section performance, and many more, helping both users and administrators review the test results effectively. Students can review the reports whenever they can until the admin toggles off the summary access.
