How to Assign Assessments via Public URL?

Learn how to easily assign assessments to your students using a public URL for efficient and convenient testing.

  • 👨‍💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
  • 1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.
  • 2. Select any of the assessment based on your preferences.
  • 3. Make your way to 'Settings'.
  • 4. Scroll down within the settings until you locate the 'Public Assessment Configuration'. Toggle on "Public Assessment" to proceed further.
  • 5. You can provide a number of attempts based on your preference.
  • 6. Select one of the options below to determine where students will be redirected upon completing the test.
  • 7. This unique public link can be shared with your students, enabling them to access and take the assessment seamlessly. Simply copy the URL and distribute it through your preferred communication channels.
  • 8. Click on Update Assessment to save the necessary changes made.
  • 9. On the student side, when they paste the provided URL into their browser, they are directed to a dedicated page. Here, students will enter their required details and can immediately begin the test.

The number of attempts is applicable only for new users.
