How to Delete an Assessment?

👨‍💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.
2. Click on the three dots next to an assessment, then select 'Delete' if you need to remove it.
3. Click on 'Continue' to confirm the deletion process.
4. Since users have taken that assessment, it cannot be deleted. Instead, you can archive it.
5. Click on 'Delete' for an assessment that has never been taken by users.
6. Click on "Continue" to confirm the deletion process.
7. Since no users have taken the test, the assessment has been successfully deleted.

This guide explains how to delete an assessment from the system. Assessments can only be deleted if no user has attempted them. If an assessment has been taken by at least one user, deletion is not possible to maintain record integrity. Follow the steps to visually understand the assessment deletion process in detail.
