2. Click on Assessment Tags to proceed further.
3. Click on 'Create Tag' to add a new tag.
4. Provide a valid name and click on 'Add Tag' to save your progress.
5. Click on "+ Add Tag" next to a main tag to create subtags under it.
6. A visual representation of tags and subtags added.
7. Click on the three dots next to a tag to edit or delete it as needed.
