✅ If your test ends early, skips sections or questions, or won’t load properly, please try the steps below.

1. Before starting

  • Make sure to use a supported browser (Chrome recommended).
  • Close other tabs/apps that might slow your device.
  • Check you have a stable internet connection.
  • Plug in your device or ensure at least 50% battery.

2. Make sure your Device clock is correct

  1. Check your System Date and Time.
  • Look at the clock on your computer or device.
  • Verify that the date and time match your current local time

     2. Enable Automatic Time Settings

     On Windows:

  • Right-click the clock in the taskbar.
  • Select Adjust date/time.
  • Enable Set time automatically.

     On Mac:

  • Go to System Settings > General > Date & Time.
  • Turn on Set time and date automatically.

3. Clear cached data

Open settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data.

  • Select Cached images & files and Cookies/site data.
  • Restart the browser.

4. Firewalls / Security software

  • Some company or school networks block parts of the test.
  • If you’re on work/school Wi-Fi and the test won’t load, Try switching to a home network or personal hotspot.

👉 If you see “blocked content” or endless loading, this is usually a firewall issue.

5. Browser extensions

  • Extensions can interfere with test pages (especially ad blockers, VPNs, password managers, screen recorders, and privacy tools).
  • Before starting:
    1. Open an Incognito/Private window (extensions are usually disabled there).
    2. Recommended: run the test with all extensions turned off.

6. Refresh your session

  • Log out and back in.
  • If prompted, refresh your browser or restart the app.

7. If problems continue

  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Restart your computer or mobile device.
  • Switch to another network (different Wi-Fi or wired connection).
