- # Log in to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
- 1. Navigate to "Assessments"
- 2. Select "Question Bank" from the left navigation bar
- 3. Select any of the existing folder or create a new folder as per your need.
- 4. Click the "Preview" option in the top right corner.
- 5. On the preview page, find the question you want to report and click "Report Question at the top.
- 6. A window will pop up. Just tell us what's wrong with the question in the text box.
- 7. Click Submit, and we'll get your valuable feedback!
