This guide walks you through clearing cache and cookies for your EdisonOS platform only (without impacting other websites), and it’s primarily supported with Loom video walkthroughs for each browser.
👨💻 Please open the browser you typically use to access the platform, and then proceed with clearing the cookies for that browser.
Notes:
If you see any of the domains listed below in your browser’s site data/website data settings, please remove/delete them:
- edison.cx
- edisonosapi.com
- edison.so
- <your platform custom_domain>
