- 👨💻 Login to your platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
- 1. Click on Settings and Navigate to "Onboard Settings"
- 2. Click on "Onboard Settings"
- 3. Enable "Allow Multiple Profiles" and enter "2" in the textbox in which the second Profile can be the Parent's or Guardian's Profile
- 4. Kindly check "Make PIN mandatory for Profiles"
- 5. Click on "Update Profile Settings" to save the changes.
- 6. Once when the changes are saved, Go to a People and Click on a User and Go to their "Profile".
- 7. Now you will see the Primary Profile as Student's Name, Click On "Add Account" to add another Profile which can be the Parent's Profile.
- 8. After you enter in the Parent's Details and Specific Pin, Click on "Create" to create the new parent's profile with their PIN.
- 9. Now you can see you have two profiles under the Student's Profile, you would need to create PIN for the student as well by clicking on the "Pencil" Icon by the name of the student.
- 10. After you enter in the Specific Pin for the student, Click on "Create Pin" and
- 11. Click On "Update" to save the changes.
- 12. When the parent logs in using the student's credentials, they will see this screen, where they can enter the PIN and continue using the platform as intended.
- 13. If the Parent wants to review the assessment of the student, see their skill chart, report, they can click on their Profile.
- 14. After the parent or guardian enters the PIN shared by the admin in this profile, they can click "Login" to access the platform.
- 15. You’re now successfully logged in to the parent profile. From here, you can click "Assessments" to review all assessments the student has taken, as well as see any tests marked "In Progress" or "Not Started" on the platform.

To get started, please enable Allow Multiple Profiles. This will allow an administrator to set PINs for both the parent and the student, and also create an additional profile under the student’s account.

Please ensure that, for the assessment to be reviewed, the admin must have enabled summary access in the assessment configuration so that the summary can be accessed by any profile
