- 1. Navigate to your Assessment question bank folder and click "Create Question".
- 2. In the Question creation interface, toggle on the "Field Question" option located above the question text box.
- 3. Once selected, click "Create Question" to save your field question.
- ✅ Method 2: Setting a Question as a Field Question After Creation
- 4. Navigate to the question folder containing the question you want to mark as a field question. Click the three dots right to the desired question.
- 5. Select "Mark as Field" from the dropdown menu.
- 6. The question is now set as a field question.
- 7. To remove the field question designation, simply return to the same menu and select "Unmark Field" Question.
- ✅ Exclude Field Questions from Scoring & Configure Scaled Score
- 8. To ensure field questions are excluded from scaled score calculations:
- 9. Ensure that Scaled scoring is properly configured for the assessment to accurately convert raw scores into scaled values.
- 10. Set up the score range and values according to the SAT scoring standards to ensure accurate score interpretation.
- 11. Similarly, configure the score range and values based on the ACT assessment criteria for accurate score interpretation.
- 12. Once configuration is done, Click on "Save Scaled Score Configuration"
