Mapping questions from a question bank involves categorizing and aligning questions based on topics, difficulty levels, learning objectives, and assessment needs. 👨💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.
2. Select any of the required assessments.
3. Click on "Add Question" within a section to include new questions.
4. Select "Browse Question" to import questions from the question bank.
5. These are the available options to filter and add questions to your assessment efficiently.
6. You can select one or more folders from the question bank that you have created.
7. Select the required folder tags that you have associated with or assigned to a specific question bank folder.
8. You can type a specific question to search and filter it out.
9. Select specific question tags that you have assigned to the questions while creating the question library.
10. You can select one or more question types available based on your preference.
11. You can choose options based on the difficulty levels provided.
12. Click "Apply Filter" to retrieve questions based on your selected filters.
13. Click "Select All" to choose all the questions on the page.
14. Navigate to the next page, click "Select All," verify the total number of selected questions, and then click "Add Selected Questions" to save them.
