👨💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.
2. Select 'Question Bank Export'
3. Click on 'Create Export'
4. Enter an export name to identify your file. Click on the dropdown and select a folder based on your preferences.
NOTE: You can select one or more than one folder
5. Click on the dropdown and choose how you want your questions to be exported.
6. You can choose the question numbering format, either continuous or folder-wise, using this option.
7. After selecting all necessary options, click on "Continue."
8. You will get a pop up message notification and your export status will be in 'Initiated' stage. Once the export status is converted to 'Completed', you will be able to download the file. Click "Download File" to save the question bank folder in your system.
