How to Create and Assign Tags to Folders?

This article walks you through the process of setting up tags and assigning them to folders for better project management and faster access to your files.


👨‍💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials and navigate your way to "Assessments"

1. Select "Assessment Tags"

2. Click on 'Create Tag' to create a main tag or '+ Add Tag' to add a new subtag under a main tag.

3. Provide a name and then click on "Add Tag"

4. Go to 'Question Bank'

5. Click on 'Edit' from the three dots and go to it's settings page

6. Click on '+ Add Tags'

7. Check out the box of any tag you wish

8. Click on Update Folder to finalize the process

9. Tags assigned to a folder are visible at a glance from the main view.
