How to get live session URL to share with Students or instructor/ teacher/ guest speakers?
Want to share a URL to ask anyone to join a Live Session?
Or
Scenario 1: You have a WhatsApp group, and you want the group members to join a live session. You want to make sure that you capture the attendance.
Scenario 2: You are conducting a webinar and have run an email campaign. The users need to provide their Names and Emails to join the session.
Scenario 3: You have a guest speaker who needs to host a live session, but you do not want to give complete access to a classroom. In other words, you do not wish to create his account.

There can be many scenarios. Let’s understand how to generate a live session URL.
Go to the classroom where you want to conduct a live session.
Click on Calendar and Create a Single Session.
After filling in the session name, date, time and other essential details, select the 'Anonymous Users' check back at the bottom and save the changes.
Click on the drop-down to view the anonymous user options.
Generate the Host link and User link.
You need to share the 'Host Link' with the person who needs to start the live session. Example - Teacher, Trainer, Instructor, Guest Speaker etc.
You need to share the 'User Link' with students or prospective attendees.
In both cases, the joiner will fill in the Name, Email and, Phone Number (Optional) to attend the session.

The host will click the Start Button to start the live session.

The user will click the Join Meeting button to attend the live session.
