Exporting Questions from the Question Bank
This guide helps admins export questions from the platform's Question Bank, which is essential for managing assessments efficiently. Additionally, the guide offers visualizations for different export types, enhancing understanding and usability. Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials
Go to 'Assessments'
Select "Question Bank Export"
Click "Create Export"
Enter an export name to identify your file.
Click on the dropdown and select a folder based on your preferences.\ \ NOTE: You can select one or more than one folder
Click on the dropdown and choose how you want your questions to be exported.
After selecting click on "Continue"
Once the status 'Initiated' in converted to 'Completed', you will be able to download the file.
Click "Download File"
