How to turn off the reattempt option for MCQ

Go to Classroom tab and then select your desired classroom
Next go to the MCQ block and click on three dots
Turn off the option for Allow Reattempt
Next click on Save button to confirm the changes.

Experiencing the Learner side

Please click on the User profile from top right corner.
Click on My Library to experience the classroom overview.
Next go to the Classroom for which you want to view the MCQ
Click the Start button and to view the table of contents click MCQ
