Reporting a Bug from the Admin Side:


Navigate to the preview mode while exploring the question bank.
Click on Report Question.
Provide details about the issue or share suggestions for improving the question or options.
Hit Submit.
Our Customer Support Team will get back to you promptly to address the issue.

Reporting a Bug from the Student Side:


If you notice something missing or incorrect in a question or its options:
Click on the three dots.
Select Report Bug.
Describe what issue you’ve found or what needs improvement.
Click Submit.
Our Customer Support Team will reach out to you to resolve the issue.

Reporting a Bug from the Summary Report:


While reviewing a student’s summary report, if you find an issue with a question, option, or explanation:
Go to the Review section.
In the detailed summary, click on Report Question.
Explain the issue or provide feedback.
Click Submit.
Our Customer Support Team will be in touch to fix the problem.
