How to Schedule Sessions for Multiple Batches using Tags?
Learn how to efficiently organize and plan sessions for multiple batches using tags in order to streamline your scheduling process.

- 👨💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials
- 1. Navigate to "Classrooms" from the main dashboard.
- 2. Select any of the required classroom
- 3. Go to 'Schedules'
- 4. Click on + Add Tag
- 5. You can either assign tags to a specific schedule or create a new tag directly in the same section.
- 6. Click on the respective tag you wish to assign.
- 7. Click on Update to save the progress.
- 8. Once you have assigned the appropriate tags to the schedules, navigate to the 'Users' section.
- 9. Click on '+ Add Tag' and assign the same tags you applied to the schedule in order to add the user to that batch.
- 10. Select the required tags and click on 'Update' to apply the changes.
- 11. Once you assign tags to the schedule and users, all the sessions under that schedule will be visible with those tags, and accessible to the users who have been assigned the same tags.

Instead of creating separate sessions for each batch, you can assign a tag to the schedule and then assign that tag to the relevant users. 10. Select the required tags and click on 'Update' to apply the changes.
