- 6. Click on the third icon to easily reorder the questions as needed.
- 7. Click and hold the six dots that appear on each step, then drag the step to your desired position.
- 8. Once you've finished making all changes, click on 'Reorder' at the bottom of the page to save your updates.
- 9. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the reordering process was successful.

NOTE: When you duplicate a folder, the system preserves the original order in which you added the questions (also called leaf order) rather than the order you see after manual rearrangement. This means that any custom reordering you applied will not carry over to the duplicate - the questions will appear in the sequence they were originally added to the folder.
