- # Log in to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.

- 2. Go to 'Question Bank'
- 3. To clone an a folder, click on the three dots and then select duplicate from the given options
- 4. Click on 'Continue' to proceed with the duplication process
- 5. After cloning a folder, the questions inside may be automatically rearranged due to certain system behaviors. To ensure accuracy, please select the correct duplicated folder as needed.
- 6. Click on the third icon to easily reorder the questions as needed.
- 7. Click and hold the six dots that appear on each step, then drag the step to your desired position.
- 8. Once you've finished making all changes, click on 'Reorder' at the bottom of the page to save your updates.
- 9. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the reordering process was successful.
